We will work to enhance the physical appearance of your property under maintenance contracts from outside suppliers.
We will introduce preventive maintenance programs for all high cost equipment, such as chillers, colling towers, emergency power generators, fresh air unit handlers, and boilers. All maintenance programs will be reviewed by SBS and approved by teh Board of Directors.
